Join Jill Zastko, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher and Smoky Hill staff member, for this drop-in mindfulness meditation session. Mindfulness meditation has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and have positive effects on immune function. During this 30-minute session, Jill will provide a guided meditation and share some ways to apply mindfulness to better cope with challenges during COVID-19. No prior meditation experience is needed.
