Zumba is perfect for everyone and every body! Take the “work” out of workout by mixing low and high intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness party. When the Latin and world rhythms take over you’ll see why these classes are called exercise in disguise. Join Caitlin for a super fun high-energy workout that will leave you wanting more!

Note: Registration for this event will close 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access this event shortly before your session begins.
