Parenting Strategies: Coping with Change

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Description

Summer is over, school is back in session and it’s transition time again. Is your child having trouble coping with change or have they just hit the terrible twos? Here is your chance to connect directly with an early childhood behavior expert. Jen Kniffin-Turner, a mental health consultant and therapist in private practice, will share advice on how to deal with typical (and not-so-typical) behaviors including temper tantrums and defiance. She can also address developmental concerns, sensory behaviors and trauma processing. You will have an opportunity to submit questions in advance. For parents and caregivers of children ages 0-8.
