Description

This year we have witnessed unprecedented threats to our national security and an uptick in targeted violence across the country. This engaging discussion will address the current violent extremist threat, who is vulnerable to radicalization and why, and ways to recognize and help prevent extremist recruitment tactics. The presentation, led by a Counterterrorism Education Learning Lab (CELL) educator, features testimony from a former al-Qaeda propagandist and a renowned national security expert.
