The Ageless Grace® program consists of simple, seated exercises designed for all ages and abilities. This fun workout focuses on boosting our body and brain power with spontaneous but gentle movements accompanied by lively music. The Ageless Grace® program is a five-week series and you are welcome to attend as many sessions as you would like!
