As always ATK provides awesome recipes that are easy to follow. The ingredient list is typically found in grocery stores so you're not stuck searching for the right Asian mart. All the recipes are also ones you would want to make too. Not ridiculous out of touch food.

This is a terrific recipe book because it explains both the tricks and traps of recipes. It makes a fascinating read, even if you never get around to making the recipes. Reading this book has inspired me to take out the others in this series.
