Madonna's eleventh studio album.
Not a super album “Like A Prayer” or “Ray of Light” but more on par with “Music” album released in Sep. 2000. Felt good with head/shoulders/hip/toes ... moving to all the tunes except the “Spanish Lesson” sung in Español. Per Wiki, the album peaked at number 1 in all major world markets. No doubt Timberlake and Pharrell Williams contributed to those pleasing dancing beat and melodic sound.
Also from Billboard:
Madonna (aka M-dolla's) "Sticky & Sweet" album -- she referred to it as a juxtaposition of hardness and sweetness -- was assisted by an all-star team of modern hitmakers. Standout tracks include "4 Minutes" featuring Justin Timberlake and Timbaland, "Give it 2 Me" featuring Pharrell, "Devil Wouldn't Recognize You," and "Beat Goes On" featuring Kanye West. The album peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. -- Leslie Richin
I was a huge Madonna fan in the '80's, early '90's and everything else she's done I usually enjoy at least several songs off of one of her cd's. This is the first collection that I can remember where I didn't like one song, nothing.
It gets one star for the one song I like which is Four Minutes.
