What constitutes abuse? What should one be grateful for? A controlling, cruel, irrational father; a complicit mother, and the façade the children are forced to maintain to the outside world. Well written, concise and equal parts infuriating and heartbreaking. A brave, necessary tale.

I really liked this book. A couple of weeks after I read it I was referred to a website created by her parents where they attempt to discredit her story. Not sure what to think!!! Someone in this family is crazy, I'm just not sure who it is! The website is for anyone that's interested.
