The instructor is really upbeat and makes this workout video fun. The exercises shown are effective, easy to follow, and easy to add challenge to if you need it. Hand weights are used in the arms and shoulder segment.
Love how it is organized in 5 separate 10 minute workouts (core, upper body, lower body, cardio and flexibility ). I can mix it up to do 3 workouts only or all 5. I can rearrange the work outs how ever I want... LOVE IT!!!!
