I really enjoyed this cookbook. The dishes were easy and wholesome. I loved the dessert section. Plus he shares great tidbits on health and exercise. Can't beat that. Try the Mango Coconut Cream Popsicles. Yum!
Oh my, I am going to marry this man on day. The photos were great, now I will just have to try one of the recipes.
