Seriously, Jane? I really miss your old school workouts! This DVD is not bad but not that great either, at least to my fitness level. For beginners it's a perfect way to get fit because its slow enough with enough instruction. Some of the moves I did enjoy like the arm routines but this one is a sleeper for me.

I'm not really in the age demographic for this DVD, but I have to admit I think I've been enjoying it so much I think I might buy a copy! The "harder" workout is not too hard, but it's a good strength training workout for a newbie.
