I found this book quite helpful in analyzing why my plans/goals were not working. It a little long-winded but it gave me a new perspective on how to change. Definitely recommended for those who feel they're lacking the willpower or discipline to change!

It's a very good and helpful book, but I found it a bit long and a bit complicated at times (with the 6 sources of influence and everything). I would recommend this book, but I would recommend "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg first.

Got bored. Closed the book.

It always bores me when the author puts out smoke screens to try to complicate things.

There are some excellent ideas re how to make changes in this book, and I've incorporated some into my life. However, it does read like a long infomercial for the changeanything.com website, which I found off-putting.
