Sadly, this book pictured, is not Lynsay Sands's Born to Bite.

I did not enjoy Born to Bite by Lynsay Sands. I found the storyline to be very slow. It was a murder mystery with some vampire romance that was quite nonsensical. It took probably to the last chapter of the book to find out who did it and even then it was just a waste of my time and energy, but just wanted to know the reasons behind everything that took place...still wasn't worth the read. Took me two weeks to finish and that's not ususal for me. When I signed this out, the author's that I wanted were not available so thought I'd try Lynsay Sands and got two more with this one, needless to say, I returned the other two books before even finishing this one.
