This comic book was pretty good. It has a twist to the usual story. I would recommend this to fans of Spider-Man or super hero comic books in general.

Eh.....This book wasn't TOO bad. They had the Vulture in it, based on his first appearance in The Amazing Spider-Man #1 in 1963. But seriously they could of done better. In Spidey's first appearance, he still wore glasses for awhile. but then they decided the Peter Parker looked like a nerd. So they ixnayed the glasses idea and decided the spider bite gave him perfect eyesight. Also I noticed in one of the scenes Peter looked like Tom Holland, the actor going to play Spider-Man In the new movie, Spider-Man: Homecoming. Don't forget to see it on July 7th 2017. That's all for now.

I enjoyed this retelling/rewrite of Spider-Man and I personally don't think they changed a lot that makes a difference. The "Season One" name is stupid and makes no sence however.. but I guess that's just a title either way.

Another in the Season One series of updated origins. Peter's story is modernized for the current day, the art for the book works well, but still... I do wonder what the need for these specials was in the first place. And is it that hard for the marketing chimps at Marvel to realize they're not producing a television show? The season one label tends to annoy me.

These Season one series of Graphic Novels that Marvel has been putting out are not very good. The Daredevil and Spider-Man are the better of them but even then, they aren't very good. However, I did enjoy a particular scene when Peter is making his costume. Other than that, it was just okay. You'd be better off reading an Essential or Marvel Masterwork that has Amazing Fantasy #15 in it.

I do not like how they changed the real story of the spider bite and what peter did right after the bite.
