I love Brocket's concept series. The books are generally for kindergarten and up, so we sometimes skip some less vital pages during storytime for ages 2-5 - but the concepts are still right there for the younger ones! I love Brocket's concept series. The books are generally for kindergarten and up, so we sometimes skip some less vital pages during storytime for ages 2-5 - but the concepts are still right there for the younger ones! I also love the real imagery that children might see in many different places. It's not just in suburbs or cities or small towns - the images could be any of those places. How inclusive! Plus, there are so many every day math concepts and math vocabulary to use! If you ever get a chance to read any of the author's series, do!
