Great unexpected story. Makes you think about stuff that you would never have considered. If they removed the sex scenes, it would have made for a great family movie. But, I'd rate this as R as it is.

took me awhile to get into this but some good acting. unusal story line. engaging. I especially like one of the two main characters who is mother to a baby. she has a supportive husband allowing her to be an action hero. unique role for a woman -- finally!

Two members of the Torchwood team reunite when a strange event threatens Earth. For some unexplained reason, on miracle day and thereafter, no humans on Earth die. For many reasons this situation poses major problems for human life on Earth. The CIA and Torchwood team work together to try and find some answers and hopefully a solution. Although somewhat of a departure from the previous Torchwood series, Torchwood, Miracle Day is an exciting and interesting science fiction drama.
