The Book gives the tips on how to handle confrontations, tone down the negative emotions and be more successful in positive outcomes!
Basically, calm down first with breathing or time out, then begin with a compliment, give constructive summary and a possible resolution!
While giving some helpful tips, this book is too long and repetitive!
There are much better books on the topic out there!
