Long overwraught and boring > I like the mythology but not this film

Another visually extraordinary mytho-action film; less interesting and adventurous than "Clash Of The Titans", and the plot was stilted. Lots of the action scenes were over the top, for eg., the god Ares smashing the half god, half man Perseus through rock, and Perseus just gets up and keeps fighting.

Just another relentlessly action packed sequel that is instantly forgettable too period. If a DVD rental is damaged to the point of skipping and visual glitches, tell the librarians immediately so nobody else has to endure bad copies of these DVD's because the library has more than one copy,OK??????????

Kinda boring. But when the action picked up, the movie picked up.

Embarrassingly bad, except for the cg i guess. Another case of that dread affliction, sequelitus. At least all concerned turned a buck. As the actor Michael Caine said, "It takes a lot of bad movies to make a good living.",

NOT ALL IT WAS KRAKEN'D UP TO BE....

7Liberty7 is right on the money. FX were terrific, decent cast--but where's the brief?? Totally lacking in plot, no "historic" authenticity. Just a series of special effects, signifying--nothing.

Definitely not as good as the first. All the effects were amazing, though, and I'd probably say they were better than the prequel's.

To be honest, I didn't pay attention. Hubby rated this.

Don't bother. Story is lousy, a couple of the creatures are awesome. But overall was expecting more after the first one. This just drags on.

not good at all, very good special effects; but the story is not good.

Zeus: "Why are you doing this?" Hades: "You want me to say it, brother? You want me to say I'm afraid? Doesn't that go without saying? When mortals die, their souls go somewhere -- there's no place where gods go when they die! There's nothing, just oblivion..."

Violence: explosions and some fighting.Mostly human vs monster not human vs human.there is no blood and no dwelled upon deaths so for a pg-13 movie i would say the violence is 2/5
