"I am Ozzy" is the most hilarious book ever written, Ozzy is a madman. He has done some of the craziest things anyone can ever do. A must read for anyone who likes or does not like Ozzy. The most original rock and roll memoir yet, and I read them all. You will find yourself literally in tears from laughing how idiotic his life story is. Amazing read and highly recommended. 5 stars!!!

This is so not my regular reading fare. I am not a heavy metal fan. I am not an Ozzy Osbourne fan—I don’t dislike him; he’s just not on my radar. I can’t name a single one of his songs, let along hum any of them. In fact, I only knew two things about Ozzy when I started this book. He had a show called “The Osbournes” and he once bit the head off a bat. And that’s why I read this book. I knew he had a…er…colorful history but I had no idea how colorful it really was.

Wow! Ozzy is a human being! It's a real story of humble, working-class beginnings making good. I've always thought of Ozzy as sort of a blue-collar hero anyway, no matter how troubling that may be to some.
*** He's got some smarts, too. You get a little peak behind the scenes of the star-making publicity machine. It was nice that he let it show.
*** But, oh my! the excesses. He doesn't hold back about it. Sometimes it goes on a bit too much, but I figured that's in the name of honesty. I think it's educating, if a bit sad - that seems to be the point.
*** I also appreciated his mostly affectionate feelings for his Black Sabbath band mates, eschewing the back-biting that you might have expected.

This book was AWESOME! Very fast read. I was literally laughing out loud many times while reading this. Highly recommend whether or not you are an Ozzy fan. Some of the stories are so crazy, they seem like fiction!
