Who else really wanted to know more about the mythical characters in the world of the Greek Olympic Deities? Aphrodite/Ava undergoes issues with love, ironically; Hermes/James faces undeniably sorrowful loss. Hades/Henry and Hera/Calliope are tested on what they really want, and what they'll do to achieve it. And finally, we get to see what Persephone did,and what actually happened in her time. In this (e)book of short stories, we can learn from a different perspective how and why these gods and goddesses became how they are in Kate's narrative. It was a great book for me to enjoy, as the individual stories collaborated quite well. I would definitely recommend this to those who need a new spin on Greek Mythology, and what could have happened in reality. 5/5 - @Siri of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library

i love this serie just amazing, i take mythology and lati as well, but this serie is fictionized ,so it has nothing to do with the real greek mythology. i love it !

I'm usually a big fan of mythology, but this book just annoyed me. The author made the gods and goddesses sound like whiny brats. I tried to finish the book thinking it would get better, but it just made me dislike it even more. Read Meg Cabot's Abandoned and Underworld instead. Both authors have the main characters as teenagers but Meg Cabot's will come across better. This author just wasn't very good.
