Great for explaining the processes involved in homebrewing. It delves way deeper into the technical aspects than your average homebrewer will ever need (i.e.: chemistry), but I just skipped those sections. For a broader and more casual look at the homebrewing process, there's also The Complete Joy of Home Brewing by Charlie Papazian.
