OH. MY. FRIGGING. WORD!!!!!!! This book is just so freaking amazing!!!!!!! I absolutely ADORE this book. I just love the different versions of psi. I think the ones I would want is (obviously) normal psychokinesis, telepathy, and remote viewing.

Taemon Houser is different. And in the closed off city of Deliverance, where everyone uses a type of Telikinesis known as psi, different can be very, VERY dangerous. Being can get you sent to the powerless colony, where even menial tasks, like eating and getting dressed, must be preformed without psi. Or it could get you could killed. Those are the reasons Taemon's father insisted that he not use his special ability of, as Taemon refers to it, mind wandering. But when Taemon slips up, and his brother, Yens, suspects there is something off about him, Yens' thirst for power won't permit him to stop at anything to learn the truth. Even murder.
