"Always remember this" (says co-author/artist, Frederic Delavier) "When someone with huge arms talks, others listen." (But, I guess, it all depends on what they're talking about - Right?)

If you're someone (male or female) who has always wanted to develop huge, bulging, rippling biceps (so that when you talk, others listen), then Delavier's book, "Anatomy For Bigger, Stronger Arms", is, very likely, a pretty good place to start in order to get some expert advice on the right way (as opposed to the wrong way) of satisfactorily developing those massive biceps and triceps to impress your listening audience.
