"Always remember this" (says co-author/artist, Frederic Delavier) "When someone with huge arms talks, others listen." (But, I guess, it all depends on what they're talking about - Right?)

If you're someone (male or female) who has always wanted to develop huge, bulging, rippling biceps (so that when you talk, others listen), then Delavier's book, "Anatomy For Bigger, Stronger Arms", is, very likely, a pretty good place to start in order to get some expert advice on the right way (as opposed to the wrong way) of satisfactorily developing those massive biceps and triceps to impress your listening audience.

Featuring over 300 full-colour photos, plus 130 anatomical drawings (outlining over 100 exercises), Delavier's guide book will, most certainly, help you (as a pumping iron enthusiast) to clearly set your goals and exercise strategies with one of the 30 proven programs in this highly-informative, well-researched book.
