Some really brilliant recipes! Great results using them. Several are relatively time consuming to prepare but worth it. Strongly recommended.

I agree with the comment below... content of the book about nutrition is good but the recipes did not appeal to me.

Good section on which foods are especially healthy and why. Many recipes using these foods, not really all that appealing but healthy.
