Written entirely and convincingly in first person from the protagonist's viewpoint—how does he do that? ArapahoeKarenB

This book is told completely in first person from the main character's perspective. How does King do that? He manages to tell the whole story thoroughly through Dolores's perspective, and she unravels the mystery little by little, just like I like it! Highly recommend.

This was so depressing I could not continue after a couple of chapters.
