Well, that was awful. B cast. The daughter was miscast: she didn’t seem to be part of the movie. Just saying her lines. “Thriller” isn’t a word I would use to describe this.

Ok movie, kind of dragged
a little at one point.

This is one of the better father/daughter action films I’ve seen. The story is good and the daughter is not the typical victim but rather an active participant in finding a solution to their predicament.

Better than you think for this genre.

Drama about political corruption (redundant). Good story so poorly done. Wooden acting, cliched dialogue, messy direction. Olga Kurylenko is utterly miscast. Aaron Eckhardt is an engaging actor who deserves better than this.

Best line: "The White House thinks it's our job to destabilize countries." Meaning they don't like competition.

Nothing changes.

First rate thriller. Aaron Eckhart continues to be solid. The only criticisism is of Olga Kurylenko, the CIA agent on the case; she doesn’t act. Don’t really know if she can; maybe English is a hurdle. She looks good so why should people who like women care; it’s a movie, not a film. --— Philipp Stolzl directs and is very capable. I don’t know if he is looking for creative material or is just a great craftsman. “North Face” was also very capably done by him. --- Some very nicely written dialogue between Eckhart and his daughter (and it was left in by Stolzl, that’s how good this guy is). Yes, it’s Hollywoodish, but done very well with the control to final cut it. ----- Yet another floater found at the S. End branch in Boston.

Decent movie. Aaron Eckhart does a fine job playing an ex-CIA agent. Worth watching.

Jason Bourne with a teenage daughter. Entertaining enough, if not very original.

High voltage thriller with a father and teen daughter trying to work out daddy issues, similar to Taken 2 in this sense, while running from a kill squad in Belgium at the same time ... white knuckle time soon from start to the end. (See summary to relate to its title Erase.)

Not a bad movie, but ultimately forgettable. Maybe the name will help me remember it for a while.
