Can anyone provide a little bit more information passed what the book description says?
I have yet to read this. The description sounds promising, but I really don't want to read any more pseudoscience without real benefit. I have read online articles that basically blast adults with ADD for poor diet and/or exercise habits but miss the bigger picture on overall management.
5-10% of population qualify for this neurobiological condition which some say does not exist but if you have it you will know it is truly does and you can see how it disrupts your life profoundly
