Questions about the afterlife are scientifically explored through modern research into near-death experiences. Through interviews with noted researchers and testimonials from people that have had near-death experiences, and featuring re-enactments, this documentary explores the evidence of the afterlife using insightful interviews, case studies, event recreations and rich rendering of classic spiritual art on the subject. Afterlife is a provocative and inspirational examination of the science, and evidence, of life after death.

Interesting, but not in depth enough.
Worth the watch for Dr. Moody and other researchers in this field.
There are some suprising finds that are revealed towards the end of the movie.
Some interesting interviews with NDE'rs, but could have been much better.

This DVD did not offer much depth into the phenomena of near death experiences and it was hard to really get a sense of how many nde fall under which categories as the interviews supported the main points raised earlier in the video. It was an interesting thing to learn that ndes do follow one of two or three templates, which remarkably differ little from one another. The conclusion is that there is "life" or another version of life beyond death's door based on the common experiences had by those who have had ndes. No one particular religion is favoured over another, although all those interviewed were Christian.
