Add a CommentI had high hopes for this book as I had used the gluten free recipes from "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day" with great success. I liked those recipes because they used high fibre psyllium in place of processed gums. This book heavily relies on xanthum gum and the results aren't nearly as good. Each recipe gives a psyllium alternative...use it...much more like "real" bread! But be warned, I have never been able to replicate those amazing loaves pictured, even with following instructions to the letter.
This is definiately one where I want to try out everything on every page! I haven't tried any of the recipes yet--decisions, decisions on what to try first.
