Part Colorado history part cookbook was fun way to learn about Colorado as well as some good restaurants. The history portion was interesting and engaging. There were recipes that looked very tasty; however the layout for the recipes were confusing. The serving sizes were also erratic. Some recipes were 1 serving size, others 20 or more — one recipe even called for a 1/2 gallon of heavy cream!
