Drab city: When the Care Bears land near a grey town full of uncaring people, called Drab City, a little girl named Jill helps the Care Bears and Cousins discover the source of everyone's drabness.
Dry spell: When a dry spell upsets Joey and Elaine because there's no water to play with, Share Bear arrives to help them out. The three of them fall into a big hole, where they discover a cave, which leads to a huge underground river with enough water for the entire town to share.
Concrete rain: Professor Coldheart plans to cover the world with cold, hard cement, and Suzy, who wishes there were more concrete on which to skate, becomes his unwitting helper.
The magic shop: When Professor Coldheart plans to turn everyone into uncaring people, Tenderheart Bear tries to intervene, but is soon targeted for transformation into an uncaring bear.
The night the stars went out: When Maestro Strato-Nefarious' violin playing causes the Star Buddies to collect in his pickle jar, torrential rains begin to fall. This forces the Care Bears into decisive action. Dodging the Maestro's lightning bolts, they corner him and explain that the Star Buddies belong to everyone.
Mayor for a day: When professor Coldheart gets elected Abbotsville's "Mayor for a Day," he suspends all rules, declaring that everyone may be as mean as they like. Abbotsville becomes a terrible place, with trash piling up and kids cheating and stealing from one another.
