Recommended by a customer. Interesting story about a family of midwives who have some amazing experiences with their patients and each other.

2.5 stars. I chose this book at the library entirely based on a cover blurb by liane moriarty. I have no particular interest in midwifery, but this was a quick and pleasant read.

This book really warms your heart and reminds you about the importance of family! I read it in one day, it was that easy to read. The book has an excellent ending and is perfect for anyone needing a book to take them away from life. Once the book has ended, the reader re-enters their world with more engagement and passion for life than before.

It was somewhat slow for the first two/thirds but then really picked up on interest. Great ending !!!
