Food for thought, pardon the pun, but that is main the point. Our minds are influenced by our gut's microbiome which is influenced by many factors beginning In Utero and continuing right up to what you eat today. Fortunately, Perlmutter goes on to tell how to fix an unhealthy microbiome and your brain along with it.
