A perfect Album Number Three (No. 4 if one counts "Paradise Edition" on its own). A haunting rose garden interlude hints at things to come, as Lana has recently announced a spoken-word album. Holding my breath.
I loved this album so so much! "Honeymoon" is a musical masterpiece! Lana Del Rey is so talented and I can tell that she put so much effort into this album. The songs on this album are all quite slow and sad, but it really lets Lana's voice shine on it's own. The instruments in the background frame her voice in a way that makes the songs sound so beautiful. Although I can't really relate to any of the songs, they're great to just blast and cry to, or even just to lay on your bed and think to. If saddening and slow-paced songs aren't really your type, then this might not be the best choice for you. "Honeymoon" is one of my favourite albums from Lana Del Rey (the other two are "Lust for Life" and "Born to Die"). I've always been a fan of Lana's, and I think she deserves more recognition for her music. Overall, a 5/5! @peraltiago4ever of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board
One of her best CD so far I must say!
