This CD is one of those albums which take a few listens. It gets better as you become more accustomed to the songs. It has several good songs which are keepers, but overall this recording doesn’t quite measure up to Steve & Edie’s first collaboration. In addition, it does not quite showcase much bluegrass or Steve’s banjo.

I absolutely love this album. I think there's something here for everyone, it's just good catchy music. My favorite tracks are So Familiar and Another Round.

This is a very interesting album. If you love bluegrass (and who doesn't!), you should give this a try. I'm not a huge fan of Edie Brickell, but her work with Steve Martin is a lot better than some of her solo work. For purists this might not be the best, but if you're new to bluegrass, it's a great place to start.
