You know what really ticks me off? When you have to go out hunting for volumes of ANOTHER SERIES to understand what's going on in a collected trade edition. Would it be so hard to publish the relevant issues of the solo title in this volume, so I have some idea of what the heck is going on? No. It wouldn't. Anyway, Doomsday infecting Superman is an interesting touch, but I hated how they made Lois a villain. You don't have to assassinate her character to make Wonder Woman a credible love interest, guys.

Enjoyed it, but was a little confused. I thought I was reading the volumes out of order. I soon realized I needed to read some of the Superman comics. I figured it out though and enjoyed the story.

Really need to read the stand alone issues of Superman and Wonder Woman to get the whole story. The Future's End issues (included in this volume) are entertaining.

Most of this consists of the crossover elements tied into the Superman Doomed story- so if you haven't read that, you're going to feel lost. The last two issues are possible future tales that fit together, and at least somewhat help the collection stop feeling so disjointed.

I had thought the thinking of the DC reboot was to get rid of the extremely over complicated stories and overlaps. Unfortunately this seems to go right back to the old style.

At first we might have balked at it, but we must admit that one of the best things the new 52 has brought us is an exploration of what happens when the king and queen of DC heroes fall in love. Lois Lane obviously has no room nor place in Superman's life once her competition is Wonder Woman. And this series makes it seem like that's the way it should be.

The Artwork was ok but I was expecting more from the Storyline.
