A very well put-together cook book, with lots of pictures, which is a must for me to enjoy a cookbook. While I only found a couple of recipes that I am going to make, it is simply because the dishes are very exotic and most require very specific, uncommon ingredients for the novice cook.

A very well put-together cook book, with lots of pictures, which is a must for me to enjoy a cookbook. While I only found a couple of recipes that I am going to make, it is simply because the dishes are very exotic and most require very specific, uncommon ingredients for the novice cook.
