What a fun and engaging way to talk about concepts like night-day, good-bad, in-out, lost-found with older toddlers! Each segment in this repetitive and beautiful story ends with lots of love for Rosie the dog!

This family gently reminds Rosie when she is misbehaving and applauds when she listens, but they'll always love her, no matter what.

Rosie the dog is sometimes in, sometimes out. She's sometimes good, sometimes bad. But she's always, always loved! This is a sweet book of opposites suitable for toddlers!

This is a fun and colorful picture book that would be great for children to use when talking about opposites (here/there, down/up, good/bad, etc.)

It's hard not to love this book. This story illustrates a families unconditional love for their dog.

Rylant continues to charm her picture book audience, this time with the cozy tales of Rosie the dachshund hound and the two young children who love her dearly.

Readers explore opposites (day and night, good and bad, in and out, lost and found, up and down, here and there) as they engage in and discover the silly and sweet episodes of Rosie's day.

Davick's bright colour palette radiates Rosie's playfulness.
