Championships is the fourth studio album from Philly rapper Meek Mill, containing features from fellow artists Drake, Jay-Z, Kodak Black, 21 Savage, Cardi B, Future, Young Thug, Rick Ross, PnB Rock, and more. The lead single on the album, “Going Bad ft. Drake,” peaked at #1 on the Billboard Top 100, also gaining certification of 2x RIAA Platinum and 4x Music Canada Platinum. The whole album was certified 1x RIAA Platinum as well. The album was met with very positive critic reviews and lived up to its expectations, as Meek Mill had not dropped a project for a while and anticipations were building up. My favourite songs from this album are “Going Bad ft. Drake,” due to Drake’s feature, “Tic Tac Toe,” with its fast beat and flow, “Wit The Shits,” due to its fast beat as well, and “Pay You Back” because of 21 Savage’s verse. The songs that I would not recommend from this album are “Cold Hearted II,” “Championships,” “Intro,” and “Oodles O’Noodles Babies” because of their slow lyrics & beats. Overall, Championships by Meek Mill is a pretty good album. I would recommend it to anyone interested in listening to it. 3.5/5 Stars. @refinedreviews of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board

This album marks the return of meek mill, which has been long awaited. Its 19 songs and an hour long. This album is 19 songs for a reason, Meek really aimed to impress and he did, the features are plentiful and the beats that go along with them were perfectly picked. Features from artists like PNB rock, 21 Savage, Kodak Black, Drake and Future appear. This album perfectly fits with the name, this album is made to be confidence and hype boosting, everything about this album makes me want to cheer, Meek hit the nail on the head when deciding on this albums theme. My favorite song comes from Meek and Drake being Going Bad, Drake handles the chorus and Meek just goes off on his own freestyling, something worth knowing the lyrics to. The song is contagious, something everyone in the car can bump into. Pay you Back with 21 Savage features a faster beat which includes a fast paced 21 which I love. And What's Free with Rick Ross and Jay Z is one of the most triumphant rap songs ive ever heard. The album deserves a strong 3.5 out of 5. @M31 of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board

Meek Mill's album Championships is his fourth album and was released in late 2018. This album features 19 songs that all are hip hop and rap. The instruments and beats used in each song are very clear and sound nice to listen to. There are also a lot of musical elements used in the album, probably every music element which includes clear rhythm, dynamics, melody, harmonies, etc. Championships features various rappers such as Drake, Cardi B, Kodak Black, Future, 21 Savage and many more people. This album peaked at number 1 for both Canadian and US Billboards with the most popular track in this album being "Going Bad" featuring Drake that went number 1 on the US Rhythmic Billboard, number 2 on US Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs and number 3 on Canadian's Hot 100, along with it also having 73 million YouTube music video views as I'm writing this. I would recommend this album to anyone who hasn't listened to it yet and for any people that like rap. 3.8 out of 5. @Self-Disciplined of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board
