Pitch Perfect

How to Say It Right the First Time, Every Time

This isn't so much about TV interviews or presentations, but rather about every possible form of spoken communication, including small talk with strangers, eulogies, what to say (and not say) during an awkward moment, and many others. He gives many pointers for each one and also includes what to avoid, often illustrated with anecdotes. It is extremely highly geared towards the communications customs of the U.S.A., and how they are perceived and portrayed by TV. It is therefore of very limited use. It does very little about how to massage one's own personality and idiolect to more effectively communicate. It was well read with many of the emphases spot on.
