Supporting Literacy Development in Young Children at Home

Join us for a morning with author and educator Dr. JaNay Brown-Wood. Dr. Brown-Wood will present about brain development, diverse children’s books and ways to promote early literacy at home. Resources for use at home that accompany Dr. Brown-Wood's books will also be shared. Children are welcome to attend this event with their parents and caregivers. Please register all children and adults attending the event.

Receive a free copy of one of Dr. Brown-Wood’s books while supplies last. A book signing will follow the event. Books will be available for purchase from The Bookies Bookstore. Spanish and Russian translation will be provided.

Interpretive services in Spanish and Russian languages will be provided.
